Product Warranty
One Year Limited Warranty
Stoney Creek Materials, L.L.C. warrants to the property
owner, in which a certified installation contractor installs our product, that Stoney
Creek Materials, L.L.C. will repair or replace any part, which proves (upon inspection by Stoney Creek
Materials, L.L.C. or its Authorized Agent) to be defective under normal use within the
first year of the original installation date.
This warranty shall become
invalid if, in the judgment of Stoney Creek Materials, L.L.C. the product, or any part
thereof, has been installed, repaired or altered by other than an Authorized Stoney
Creek Materials, L.L.C. Certified Installation Contractor.
To obtain service, contact
the Certified Installation Contractor responsible for installation or Stoney
Creek Material, L.L.C. directly.
Include in your request a copy of the installers invoice to validate the
date of installation.
If the product does not in
the judgment of Stoney Creek Materials, L.L.C. qualify for in-warranty
service, the customer will be advised in writing of the costs to repair or
replace the product.
This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state
to state. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations
may not apply to you.
